We believe players deserve to know how the games they buy are made. This page explains how Wind Chime Games uses generative AI.
In our games
Generative AI tools are used as production assistance for portions of the artwork, audio and localization in our games. All such content is pre-generated, then reviewed, edited and integrated by our developers before release. Our games do not generate content with AI during play.
Each game page on this site and on Steam includes a game-specific disclosure in line with Steam's content survey requirements.
On this website
Some decorative background images on this website (for example on the About, Careers and News pages) were created with the help of image-generation models and reviewed by our team. Game artwork, logos, screenshots and trailers shown on game pages are official assets from the games themselves.
Our principles
- Human direction. People decide what we make; AI tools help us make it.
- Review everything. Nothing AI-assisted ships without human review.
- Respect creators. We avoid prompts that imitate specific living artists and we do not use AI to reproduce third-party intellectual property.
- Be transparent. We will update this page and our Steam disclosures whenever our use changes.
